FAQ
What is Online therapy?
Online therapy is almost identical to regular therapy. The meetings are held in a predetermined time through any software or website that allows for video conferencing (e.g., Skype), through a computer or a smartphone. In couples therapy, the couple would usually sit together.
Why online therapy?
Online therapy is gaining popularity for obvious reasons: It saves travel time, it is comfortable, and it is flexible. Today, technology allows for very high quality video calls using home computers.

Is there an obligation of confidentiality?
As a qualified clinical social worker, I am committed to the ethical rules of the Social Workers' Union. These rules include, inter alia, the duty to maintain confidentiality, similarly to doctors' obligation to maintain medical confidentiality.
How much do you charge for a meeting?
The Tariff is 120 Euros for an individual session and 130 Euros for a couples or family session. I accept payments through PayPal or Bank transfer (European Iban)

What is the format of the sessions?
The first session is dedicated to evaluating the client's needs; the manner by which the therapy can help; and the degree to which it may be effective in tackling each of the client's needs. Thereafter, the sessions typically occur once a week, and last about an hour each.
